What can I donate?

We are very grateful for donations of good quality clothing for babies and children up to the age of 4. We also accept donations of essential baby care items. Click on this link for a full list of items we can accept.

How can I donate?

We can take donations on the first and second Thursday of each month between 10 and 11 at the Stables. Please get in touch if you are unable to make these days and we can help you.

Do I need a referral to use the Baby Bank?

No, you do not need a referral to use our service. We welcome everyone! You are welcome to come along for whatever you need or if you wish, you can exchange some items that your child has grown out of. Due to the current Covid 19 situation, we are kindly asking people to make an appointment time before coming along. Please go to our contact us page to make an appointment.

Do I need an appointment?

Due to the current Covid 19 pandemic we are operating an appointment system. This is so we can keep everyone as safe as possible by limiting the number of people we have at the Stables at one time. Please make an appointment via our contact us page

Can I exchange some items?

Yes, you are very welcome to do this. Just bring them along with you when you have your time slot.

Where do my donations go?

We are so thankful for all the wonderful donations we receive and they go to any family who would like to use our service, whether they have been referred to us or if they would like to use our service.

How do I make a referral?

Our Referral Agents can make a referral through our online referral form. If you are from an organisation who would like to be one our referral agents then please do get in touch and we would be glad to hear from you.

However, we can also accept a referral from family or friends. If this is the case then please get in touch with us via the contact page and we will be glad to help you.
